Terms and Conditions

1. Accuracy of Information
   The applicant guarantees that all information provided in the application form is accurate, truthful, and complete. Any misrepresentation or omission of material facts may result in the immediate rejection of the application or termination of any funding agreement.
2. Purpose of Funding
   The applicant agrees that the funding provided by NFL Investments LLC will be used solely for the project described in the application. Any deviation from the agreed purpose without prior written consent from NFL Investments LLC is strictly prohibited.
3. Compliance with Laws
   The applicant agrees to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and standards, including but not limited to:
   • UAE regulations on real estate and financial transactions.
   • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) laws.
   • Any other relevant legal frameworks in the jurisdiction of the project or applicant’s operations.
4. Confidentiality and Data Protection
   NFL Investments LLC will handle all information provided in the application form with strict confidentiality. Personal and corporate data will only be used for evaluating the funding request and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
5. Funding Approval Process
   Submission of the application form does not guarantee approval or disbursement of funds. NFL Investments LLC reserves the right to conduct due diligence, including background checks, financial audits, and project feasibility assessments, before making any funding decisions.
6. Legal and Financial Obligations
   • The applicant must disclose any existing liabilities, legal disputes, or encumbrances associated with the project.
   • The applicant agrees to provide periodic progress reports, financial statements, and other documentation as required by NFL Investments LLC to monitor the funded project.
   • NFL Investments LLC is not liable for any losses or damages incurred by the applicant or third parties in relation to the funded project.
7. Loan Agreement
   If funding is approved, a separate loan or investment agreement will be drafted outlining the terms, including repayment schedules, interest rates, grace periods, and other obligations. Both parties must sign this agreement before disbursement of funds.
8. Termination and Reimbursement
   NFL Investments LLC reserves the right to terminate funding and demand full reimbursement of funds in the following cases:
   • Violation of any terms and conditions.
   • Evidence of fraudulent activities or misuse of funds.
   • Failure to comply with reporting requirements or progress milestones.
9. Jurisdiction
   This agreement and all related disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from this application or funding agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
10. Force Majeure
    NFL Investments LLC shall not be held responsible for any delays or failures in fulfilling its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or government restrictions.
11. Non-Binding Application
    This application form is non-binding and does not constitute a contract between the applicant and NFL Investments LLC until a formal agreement is signed.
12. Signature and Acknowledgment
    By signing the application form, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
