Leadership Meeting Between NFL Investments and DHA Gujranwala Signals a New Era of Real Estate Collaboration

In a significant gathering of leadership and vision, Chairman of NFL Investments, CH. Asif Ali, hosted a high-level meeting with senior officials from Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala, including Brigadier Waqar Aziz, Administrator of DHA Gujranwala, and (R) Brigadier Bilal Ali, Director of Joint Ventures. The session was marked by discussions on cross-border real estate ventures, smart city planning, and the role of international investment in shaping Pakistan’s urban landscape.

Held at the headquarters of NFL Investments in Dubai, the meeting focused on exploring avenues of cooperation, knowledge exchange, and sustainable urban development between the UAE and Pakistan.

The session revolved around the shared ambition to initiate collaborative development projects that bridge innovation from the UAE with land potential in Pakistan. The talks were described as “forward-thinking and action-driven,” exploring:

  • Development of premium commercial and residential zones
  • Land acquisition frameworks and project structuring
  • Incorporation of smart infrastructure and tech-integrated planning
  • Mechanisms to encourage Pakistani expats and international investors to participate

As a formal gesture of intent, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Noble Future Land Investment LLC (NFL Group) and DHA Gujranwala, outlining the roadmap for upcoming engagements. The MoU reflects the mutual desire to build a joint framework for development, with the final Joint Venture Agreement to follow after project feasibility and due diligence.
